What would be a fun idea is imagining what she is tied to. Is it a solid overhead beam that will hold her off the ground for hours or days? Or is it a balanced beam off the edge, with a net full of all sorts of garbage (stinky, sticky, and smelly), so when she wiggles enough the beam tilts and pours all of the stuff over her.
After she gets free, she has to find her costume. It was left soaking in the bottom of a dumpster, with all sorts of liquids coating her outfit that she has to cover herself with, or walk home naked.
Best of all, there is no rain for tonight, so she cannot wash herself off. She will hopefully find a helpful citizen who will wash her and her clothes) clean. But after the citizen has washed her outfit clean, will she thank him with words, or actions?
